TimerFit

TimerFit is an "interval training timer" app that can measure and record exercise time for free.
You can easily start training just by setting the time. Install now and get your workout habits!

Function

・Interval Timer
You can customize the time according to yourself by setting "preparation time", "exercise time", "rest time", and "number of sets".

・Save activity records in Calendar
Through the calendar in the app, you can view your exercise time and step count records for each day.

・Save activity records as graphs
You can view the record of exercise time on the graph in the app. Set a goal and be active

・Get step count
The number of steps can be measured in units of 1 day, 1 week and 1month.

・Implementation of count sound and switching timing sound
A countdown sound will play when 3 seconds remain in each of "preparation time", "exercise time", and "rest time". In addition, it is set to make a switching sound at each switching timing when moving from preparation time to exercise time, and when moving from exercise time to rest time.

・Notification Settings
Notifications can be sent at a set time. Set a time and make exercise a habit.

Usage

Timer

1. Let's decide the time and the number of sets from the timer on the home screen。 

READY・・・This is the preparation time before starting exercise. Let's check the stretching before exercise and the exercise to be done from now on. ※Executed only when Timer starts
(From the end of the first set, when the rest is over, you will move to exercise.)

WORK OUT・・・It's time to exercise. Keep your body moving.
※Only this time is recorded as exercise time.

REST・・・It's time for a break. Rest your body for your next workout.

SET COUNT・・・The number of times to repeat the process. Choose the number of times that suits you.

2. After setting the time, return to the home screen and tap Start.
A timer will start.

Number of Steps
1. Tap Steps from the home screen.

2. Let's tap the Tap Here part to allow step count acquisition
(View daily, weekly and monthly records)

Notification Settings

1. Tap the Notification from the home screen.

2. Set the time and tap Done. Get into the habit of exercising!
(Set a notification time for the next day after exercise)

Activity Record

1. Tap Record from the home.

2. Tap the date to see the activity record for that day Swipe vertically to move by month.

Statistical Data

1. Tap Data from the home.

2. You can see the activity log.
